水利电力部水文局于三月八日至十二日,在北京召开了水资源调查评价技术小组会。参加会议的除技术小组成员或其代表外,还邀请了有关单位搞地下水工作的同志、科研单位代表等共35人。这次会议的主要议程是:(1)讨论修改“地下水资源调查评价工作提纲”(修改稿);(2)讨论修改“水资源调查评价技术小组工作办法”;(3)讨论确定武汉会议交流文件列入选编的水资源专辑文章;(4)汇报各片工作进度和存在问题,研究今年工作安排等。会议认为,根据前段工作的经验,各地除应加强基本资料方面的工作外,还要注意上、下游,水平衡三要素间,地下水和地表水之间的协调、平衡。尤其要注意加强分析工作。既要进行一般规律性分
