《美国药典21版》去年下半年已在美国出版发行,自1985年1月起开始生效。为了迅速向国内医药单位和读者介绍,我刊收集翻译部分文章作为增刊,以供参考。内容收有:(1)溶出试验品种372个,分别列出中英药名、剂型、溶出介质及液量、测试装量、转速、溶出标准(时间及溶出百分率);(2)崩解试验品种135个,列出中英药名、剂型、试验介质及崩解时限;(3)溶出及崩解均不测试品种65个,列出中英药名;(4)小容量注射液近400种,其中规定应进行异物检查者130余种,全部药名均以中英对照刊出。
The United States Pharmacopeial 21 Edition was published in the United States in the second half of last year and has been in effect since January 1985. In order to promptly introduce to the domestic medical units and readers, I published a collection of translation articles as supplements for reference. The content includes: (1) Dissolution test varieties 372, were listed in the Chinese and English names, dosage forms, dissolution medium and the amount of fluid, test equipment, speed, dissolution standards (time and dissolution percentage); 135 varieties, listed in the English name, dosage form, test medium and disintegration time; (3) dissolution and disintegration were not tested varieties 65, listed in the English name; (4) small capacity injection of nearly 400 Species, which provides for more than 130 kinds of foreign body examination should be carried out, all the drug names are published in bilingual.
