铁路车辆红外线轴温检测是铁路行车安全的重要内容,然而红外线轴温检测设备故障牵扯到车辆、供电、通信3个部门,而且红外线工区、通信工区、电力工区管辖范围较长,出了问题三家都需出动,必然耗费大量的人力和物力。根据现场维护经验,95%的故障是供电和红外线设备造成,通信造成的故障只占5%,因此进行通道故障远程诊断,对节省人力、物力和财力非常必要。
