定位:沟通服务于开发者的非营利性组织开发者联盟的定位,与平台的定位,不能是对抗性的,而只能是合作性的。它们之间的关系,应是商业生态关系。使命:为广大应用开发者提供合作交流的渠道;为应用平台、应用开发者以及终端用户,提供沟通协作的渠道;为开发者在人力培训、软件测试、知识产权保护等方面提供帮助;保障开发者利益、促进合作,为创新的技术提供发育和成长的舆论环境。
