蓝文长,1928年出生,原海军装备技术部电子部部长,海军科技委常委、装备技术委员会副主任。蓝部长1975年调入海军工作,参加了我国自行研制的第一代舰载电子设备——5型舰艇雷达声呐产品齐装配套和海军“六五”规划调整工作。1980年以后,参与组织海军第二代电子装备的科研试制技术攻关。平日里说话并不多的蓝部长,用实际行动为我国海军电子装备建设做出了很大的贡献。初春的一天,本刊记者采访了蓝部长。
Lan Wenchang, born in 1928, was former Minister of the Navy's Equipment and Technology Department of Electronics Department, the Navy's Science and Technology Commission, Deputy Director of the Equipment Technology Committee.
