东方红炼油厂近几年原油实际加工能力都在550万吨/年以上,能耗约占原油加工总量的8%。其中工艺加热炉所消耗燃料油(气)又占全部能源消耗1/3。所以提高工艺加热炉热效率是炼油厂节能主要方面。我厂共有工艺加热炉26台,多数为圆筒炉,加热炉总设计热负荷26895万大卡/时,造台实际热负荷只有14000万大卡/时左右,约占设计热负荷的52%,到目前为止,全厂已有14台较大的加热炉分别采用不同方式回收烟气余热,用来加热空气,进一步降低炉子热负荷提高加热炉热效率,节约燃料油。采用烟气余
