采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出ZnFe2O4磁性纳米粒子。以水作溶剂对壳聚糖进行改性,得到羧甲基化壳聚糖(CMC)。在交联剂的作用下,用CMC包覆ZnFe2O4制备出ZnFe2O4-CMC磁性复合微球,并固载药物阿司匹林。经过XRD、IR、SEM、TEM、VSM、UV等手段对材料进行表征和性能研究。结果表明,磁性复合微球成球性好,平均直径为1~5μm,饱和磁化强度为10.99emu/g,24h内药物释放率为76.82%,载药率为0.801g/g,包封率为78.3%。复合微球性能优良,可作为一种新型的药物载体。
ZnFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method. Chitosan is modified with water as a solvent to obtain carboxymethylated chitosan (CMC). The ZnFe2O4-CMC magnetic composite microspheres were prepared by coating ZnFe2O4 with CMC under the action of crosslinking agent, and the drug aspirin was immobilized. The materials were characterized and characterized by XRD, IR, SEM, TEM, VSM and UV. The results showed that the magnetic composite microspheres had good sphericity, average diameter of 1-5 μm, saturation magnetization of 10.99 emu / g, drug release rate of 76.82% within 24 h, drug loading rate of 0.801 g / g, encapsulation efficiency of 78.3%. Composite microspheres excellent performance, can be used as a new type of drug carrier.
