Our city is one of the first pilot cities to open the T-bill transfer market. Under the unified leadership of the municipal people’s government and under the guidance of the Ministry of Finance and the head office of the People’s Bank of China, we learn while practicing and summarize and improve and constantly explore ways to do the transfer of treasury bills.
