为了适应经济发展新常态,创新创业型人才培养成为高校育人的重要目标,特别是农业院校,培养具有创新创业意识的农业人才,成为农业院校服务经济社会发展的重要使命,构建一套培养具有创新创业意识和能力的农学专业人才培养模式成为当前农业院校内涵式发展的应然追求。笔者对地方高校农学专业创新创业型人才培养模式构建的现实意义进行了阐述,提出了地方高校农学创新创业型人才培养模式的路径。
In order to meet the new normal of economic development, training innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become an important goal of educating students in colleges and universities, especially in agricultural colleges and universities, and cultivating agricultural talents with innovative and entrepreneurial awareness, so as to become an important mission of serving agricultural and social institutions in the economic and social development. Cultivating agroforestry personnel training mode with the consciousness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become the current pursuit of the connotation development of agricultural colleges and universities. The author expounds the practical significance of constructing innovative agricultural training mode of agronomy specialty in local universities, and puts forward the path of agricultural innovation pioneering training mode of local colleges and universities.
