本文以不同强度的电脉冲刺激猫大脑皮层前外侧回联合区(ALA)的不同深度,观察到刺激ALA的浅层能明显抑制SI区C类纤维皮层诱发电位(C-CEP),但刺激深层时,抑制作用不明显或出现易化作用;不同强度电刺激ALA浅层时,刺激强度与C-CEP被抑制程度呈正相关关系,但刺激中层时,此关系不明显。表明刺激ALA对C-CEP既有抑制作用,又有易化作用,可能与刺激深度和强度有关;提示ALA可能参与对C-CEP的调制过程。
In this paper, different depths of electrical stimulation of the cats were used to stimulate different depths of ALA in the cerebral cortex. It was observed that the stimulation of ALA in the superficial layers could significantly inhibit the C-CEP induced by C-type fibers in the SI region, , The inhibitory effect was not obvious or facilitation; When the electrical stimulation of ALA shallow layer with different intensities, there was a positive correlation between the stimulus intensity and the inhibition degree of C-CEP, but the relationship was not obvious when the middle layer was stimulated. The results showed that stimulation of ALA had both inhibitory effect on C-CEP and facilitated the stimulation, which may be related to the stimulus depth and intensity; suggesting that ALA may be involved in the modulation of C-CEP.
