在长输管道和厂区管道施工中,有时遇到30~150m跨度的中小型管道跨越工程。其跨越形式有直跨、拱跨、利用塔架组成的斜拉索管桥及悬索管桥,有的需要各种型号和直径的钢丝绳用作拖拉绳、斜拉索、悬索和防震索等。用于管道跨越的钢丝绳,在组装前都要根据张力标准进行拉伸,使钢丝绳去掉大部分张力,使组装后的钢丝绳变形量减小,达到设计要求。我们在中小型管道跨越施工中,总结出用拉力器、临时地锚、滑车组和牵引设备配套,在现场拉伸钢丝绳的方法,效果很好。

In the construction of small and medium-sized pipelines, we conclude that the method of drawing the steel wire rope in the field with the help of a tensioner, a temporary anchor, a pulley block and a traction device works well.
