目的:探讨CDFI对肝癌介入化疗栓塞(TAE)前后肝血供及肿瘤血供的表现特点,评价其治疗效果。材料和方法:CDFI观察1995~1998年48例肝癌(TAE)前后肿瘤的血供情况、肝动脉血流动力学改变。结果:肝癌主要由肝动脉供血,少部分由门静脉供血; TAE后肝动脉收缩期最大流速( Vmax)明显下降,肿瘤内部及周边动脉血流明显减少; TAE后肿瘤也明显减小。结论:TAE前后,应用CDFI对肿瘤血供、肝动脉血流动力学改变进行观察分析,可以给TAE的预后提供重要指标,为下一步重复治疗提供依据。CDFI是目前肝癌化疗栓塞术治疗前后最好的影像检查方法。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of CDFI on the blood supply of liver and its blood supply before and after liver cancer interventional chemotherapy and embolization (TAE), and to evaluate its therapeutic effect. Materials and Methods: CDFI was used to observe the blood supply and hepatic arterial hemodynamics in 48 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (TAE) before and after 1995 ~ 1998. Results: The hepatic carcinoma was mainly supplied by the hepatic artery and partly by the portal vein. The maximum systolic velocity (Vmax) of hepatic artery was significantly decreased after TAE, and the arterial blood flow in and around the tumor was significantly reduced. The tumor size was also significantly reduced after TAE. Conclusion: Before and after TAE, the application of CDFI to observe the changes of blood supply and hepatic artery hemodynamics in TAE can provide an important index for the prognosis of TAE, and provide the basis for the next repeat treatment. CDFI is the best imaging method of hepatocellular carcinoma before and after chemoembolization.
