经过连续的肥料试验表明，氮、磷、钾用量对产量作用的主效应为N＞K＞P，对产值影响的主效应为K＞P＞N。在皖西中等肥力的土壤上，烤烟适宜的氮肥用量为82．5-97．5kg/hm2，N:P2O5：K2O为1：1．2：2～2.5。
