随着我国经济的发展,我国的广大人民群众的需求,已经从温饱问题逐渐的转向精神文化的追求。因此,为了使广大人民群众不断增加的精神文化需求得到有效的满足,我国政府在大力的推进文化惠民政策的实施,不少地区的文化馆都实行了免费开放服务,为广大人民群众的基本文化权益提供了保障。为此,本文首先对我国文化馆免费开放服务的现状问题进行分析,然后对文化馆如何进一步深入推进免费开放服务提出一些有效的建议。
