People have always misunderstood food safety, and these misunderstandings also affect people’s attitudes to consumption to a large extent. How to use the “mistakes” to open up the business situation is a great problem facing businesses. In a survey on food safety, most consumers believe that food additives and pesticides are the most dangerous and most likely to cause cancer, and experts believe that smoking and some common foods are more dangerous. The reason for this disparity in understanding is that consumers have some misunderstandings about food safety. These misunderstandings have a great influence on people’s attitudes towards consumption.
