测定了利用钛基非晶态薄带钎料和相同成分的晶态钎料的熔化特性。研究了其金相组织及其在TC4上的扩散性能。测定了TC4钎焊接头的抗拉强度和冲击韧性值。
The melting characteristics of the crystalline solder using the titanium-based amorphous ribbon solder and the same composition were measured. The microstructure and its diffusion properties on TC4 were studied. The tensile strength and impact toughness of TC4 brazed joint were measured.
