The world economy is like a giant train, slowly moving towards the pinnacle of growth. Perhaps its long-awaited landslide trip will soon begin its journey towards a low-level sustainable development. Developed countries, once leading the way to the summit, are ready to lead yet again, but this time they are leading the way. The ecosystem precedent shows that human society can prosper in the midst of a turning point and a recession as long as assets, people and unnecessary burdens are reduced in the balance between social and environmental life support systems. By preserving the most important messages, a downsized society can reorganize itself and move on. This situation, like the human brain, has rules that place less important information in short-term memory and store some important information in long-term memory. The reason for the recession is the diminishing availability of resources globally. Every year, more needs to be done to get the fuel, water, timber, fish, soil, food, electricity and minerals that meet all the basic needs. As the remaining resources to meet the needs of private life are few, the economy is increasingly focused on these resources. Due to the development of economic globalization, more and more resources have been transferred from other countries to developed countries to support their economic development. Resource set
