随着我国电力行业改革的不断深入,国家电网集团实行了“三集五大”战略,希望以此提升国际竞争力,在这个过程中,企业文化建设成为整个电力企业的重中之重,作为战略的实际执行者,县级供电企业应走在改革的前列,其企业文化的构建也就成为了业内探讨的热点。根据当前县级供电企业文化落地工作中存在的问题,提出了开展宣传“五统一”战略的各项活动,确立文化宣传制度以及根据基层企业实际建立文化流程的方法,希望能为今后的工作提供参考。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s power industry, SGCC has implemented the “three sets and five major” strategies in the hope of enhancing international competitiveness.
