目的观察白萝卜提取物(Raphanus sativus extract,Ecr)对不完全性肠梗阻(Incomplete intestinal obstruction,IIO)大鼠小肠平滑肌收缩力的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常组、梗阻组、奥曲肽组和Ecr组。回肠末端套环法建立IIO大鼠模型后给药治疗。于第3、7天评定肠道形态损伤,记录小肠上、中、下三段肠平滑肌收缩活动。结果 Ecr组死亡大鼠较少,肠段收缩活力较梗阻组明显提高,第7天肠道损伤较梗阻组减轻(P<0.05);Ecr组小肠收缩波形宽大,图形规则稳定;Ecr组各肠段活力值均高于奥曲肽组(P>0.05),在第7天的频率优于奥曲肽组(P<0.05)。结论 Ecr对IIO大鼠小肠各段均有促进肠蠕动作用,对肠梗阻具有一定的治疗效果,优于奥曲肽。
Objective To observe the effect of Raphanus sativus extract (Ecr) on contractility of intestinal smooth muscle in rats with incomplete intestinal obstruction (IIO). Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, obstruction group, octreotide group and Ecr group. Ileal end of the loop method to establish IIO rat model after treatment. On the 3rd and 7th days, the injury of intestinal morphology was evaluated, and the contraction activity of intestinal smooth muscle in upper, middle and lower intestine was recorded. Results Compared with the obstruction group, Ecr group had fewer deaths, more intestinal contraction activity than the obstruction group, and less intestinal injury on the 7th day (P <0.05). In the Ecr group, the contraction waveform of the small intestine was broad and the rules of the pattern were stable. (P> 0.05), and the frequency was higher on day 7 than that of octreotide (P <0.05). Conclusions Ecr can promote intestinal peristalsis in all stages of small intestine in rats with IIO, and has a certain therapeutic effect on intestinal obstruction, which is superior to octreotide.
