After the decentralization of overseas Chinese enterprises to local management, our county attaches great importance to actively take measures to bring the development of overseas Chinese enterprises into the national economic and social development planning of the county and smoothly complete the separation of social functions of overseas Chinese enterprises. However, training and employment of overseas Chinese workers have not yet been in line with local standards.
