外源激素对大豆种子内源ABA水平的影响及其和同化物积累的关系

用微注射法将IAA、GA3、KT引入开花后30d的大豆(GlycinemaxL.)完整植株种子的两片子叶之间,7d后取样,分别测定了种皮和子叶中的ABA含量、酸性转化酶和ATP酶活性,同时分析了子叶中的糖和蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明:10-6mol/LIAA和10-6mol/L的KT处理使种皮中的ABA水平升高,酸性转化酶活性提高,而ATP酶活性降低;相反,对照子叶中的ABA水平下降,酸性转化酶活性也下降,而ATP酶活性显著提高;10-6mol/LGA3的作用正相反,使种皮和子叶中的ABA水平均下降,酸性转化酶活性及子叶中的ATP酶活性也相应下降,但种皮中的ATP酶活性却上升;子叶中的糖和蛋白质含量的变化没有明确的规律。内源ABA含量的变化与转化酶和ATP酶活性变化呈现一定的相关关系,表明ABA参与了调节大豆种子中的同化物积累。对外源激素对大豆种子内源ABA水平的影响及其和同化物积累的关系进行了讨论。 IAA, GA3 and KT were introduced into the seeds of two soybean (Glycine max L.) seedlings by microinjection method between the two cotyledons at 7 days after flowering. After 7 days, IAA, GA3 and KT were sampled and ABA contents in seed coat and cotyledon were measured. ATPase activities, while analyzing the cotyledons in the sugar and protein content changes. The results showed that: 10-6mol / L IAA and 10-6mol / L KT treatment increased the level of ABA in the seed coat, increased the activity of acid invertase and decreased the activity of ATPase; on the contrary, the level of ABA in control cotyledon decreased, The invertase activity also decreased, while the ATPase activity increased significantly. The effect of 10-6mol / L GA3 was reversed, the ABA level in seed coat and cotyledon decreased, the activity of acid invertase and ATPase activity in cotyledons decreased accordingly. However, the ATPase activity in the seed coat increased but there was no definite rule for the change of sugar and protein content in cotyledons. The change of endogenous ABA content showed some correlation with the change of invertase and ATPase activity, indicating that ABA is involved in regulating the accumulation of assimilate in soybean seed. The effects of exogenous hormones on the endogenous ABA level in soybean seeds and its relationship with the accumulation of the assimilates were discussed.
