目的识别、评价、控制某天然气净化厂建设项目产生的职业病危害。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价导则》等相关国家标准,采用现场调查、现场检测等方法对该项目进行评价。结果本项目作业场所存在的主要职业病危害因素检测结果:噪声80.7~84.5 dB(A),工频电场最大值为2.131 V/m,盐酸<0.005 mg/m3,氢氧化钠<0.53 mg/m3,硫化氢、二氧化硫、粉尘、一氧化碳检测结果均符合国家卫生标准,合格率为100%。结论本项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素能得到有效控制。
Purpose To identify, evaluate and control occupational hazards arising from a natural gas purification plant construction project. Methods Based on the relevant national standards such as “Guidelines for Evaluation of Control Effects of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects”, the project was evaluated by on-site investigation and on-site inspection. Results The major occupational hazards found in the working site of the project were: noise 80.7-84.5 dB (A), maximum power frequency electric field 2.131 V / m, hydrochloric acid 0.005 mg / m3, sodium hydroxide 0.53 mg / m3, Hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, dust, carbon monoxide test results are in line with national health standards, with a pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazard factors produced in the production process of this project can be effectively controlled.
