本刊讯日前,由住房城乡建设部科技发展促进中心和河北省建筑科学研究院会同有关单位编制的《被动式低能耗居住建筑节能设计标准》,经审查被批准为河北省工程建设标准,编号为DB13(J)/T177-2015,自2015年5月1日起实施。该标准是我国首部地方性被动式居住建筑节能标准,也是世界范围内继瑞典《被动房低能耗住宅规范》后第二本有关被动式房屋的标准。 Recently, by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Science and Technology Development Promotion Center and the Hebei Provincial Academy of Building Research in conjunction with the relevant units of the “passive low-energy residential building energy-saving design standards”, after review was approved as the Hebei Provincial Engineering Construction Standard, numbered DB13 (J) / T177-2015, effective May 1, 2015. This standard is the first energy-saving standard for local passive living building in our country and the second one about passive house in the world after Sweden’s “passive house with low energy consumption”.
