分析了我国合伙法律制度的现状,对合伙的形式分类、合伙人的资格问题、合伙财产的法律性等问题进行了重点研究,最后从3个方面对完善我国的合伙法律制度进行了探讨。
Analyzes the status quo of our country’s partnership legal system, focuses on the formal classification of partnerships, the qualifications of partners, the legal nature of partnership property, and finally discusses the improvement of our partnership legal system from three aspects.
