目的研究秘鲁产绒毛钩藤的降血压作用及机制,并与国产钩藤进行比较。方法采用慢性应激诱发高血压大鼠模型,观察绒毛钩藤和国产钩藤对大鼠血压及血管紧张素II(AngII)、内皮素(ET)、降压素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。结果建立模型后,动物血压均明显升高(P<0.05),治疗7d后,模型组动物的血压未见明显变化(P>0.05);绒毛钩藤组和国产钩藤组的血压均下降显著(P<0.01)。组间比较,两给药组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),但两给药组组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。模型组AngII和ET水平明显升高,与正常对照组和国产钩藤、绒毛钩藤组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。模型组CGRP水平明显下降,与国产钩藤组、绒毛钩藤组及正常对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论绒毛钩藤具有明显的降压作用,其降血压作用可能与对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的调节有关。国产钩藤也具有同样的作用。
Objective To study the hypotensive effect and mechanism of unripe velvet in Peru and compare it with domestic uncaria. Methods The chronic stress-induced hypertensive rat model was used to observe the effects of Aconitum arborescens and Rhynchophyllum uncaria on rat blood pressure and angiotensin II (Ang II), endothelin (ET) and tensin-related gene related peptide (CGRP). Results After the establishment of the model, the blood pressure of the animals increased significantly (P<0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the blood pressure of the animals in the model group did not change significantly (P>0.05); the blood pressure of the V. velutipes group and the domestic uncaria vine group decreased significantly. (P<0.01). Between groups, there was a significant difference between the two drug groups and the model group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two drug groups (P>0.05). The levels of AngII and ET in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group and the domestic uncaria vine and V. velutipes groups. There was a significant difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The level of CGRP in the model group was significantly decreased, and there was a significant difference compared with the domestic rhynchophylla group, velvet uncaria and normal control group (P<0.01). Conclusion V. velutipes has obvious antihypertensive effect, and its hypotensive effect may be related to the regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. Homemade Uncaria also has the same effect.
