引子:自1979年欧共体对我国提起第一例反倾销调查以来,截至2002年12月,我国出口产品遭受国外反倾销立案调查的数量已达到508起,对我国出口产品发起反倾销调查的国家(地区)达33个,涉及出口金额约160亿美元。2003年5月,美国国际贸易委员会又对中国的彩电进行了反倾销立案调查2003年10月31日,一份要求对中国输美木制卧室家具征收反倾销税的申诉状正式递交到美国商务部,至此,一场没有硝烟的战争在中国木制品出口领域全面打响。
