中小学教师的发展,即中小学教师职业生命自主、自为的发展。其内涵主要表现为:自我认识,增强职业的自我意识,弄明白“我是谁”及相关的哲学追问;自我把握,规划好生活中的每一天,使生活中的每一天都有所追求、有所发现、有新的体验与感悟;自我塑造,不断修炼和提升自己。当前,教师尤其要重视课程的开发与整合能力、创造性地驾驭课堂教学技巧及以师德为核心的职业人格等方面的修炼。
The development of primary and secondary school teachers, that is, primary and secondary school teachers' professional life, self-development.
