既往我们对会阴切开行分层缝合术。近二年来,我们改行全层缝合术,效果良好。现介绍如下。 1 临床资料 1997年4月～1998年6月,我们对96例会阴切开的产妇做为研究组行全层缝合术,其中正中切开14例,左中侧切开82例。另随机抽取本院同时期84例会阴切开分层缝合术的产妇为对照组,正中切开13例,左中侧切开71例。为了便于观察,均选择初产妇,其年龄几乎无差异,且均于产后随访。
In the past we cut open the perineal stratum suture. In the past two years, we switched to full-thickness suturing, which worked well. Now introduced as follows. 1 Clinical data April 1997 ~ June 1998, we have 96 cases of perineal incision maternal full-thickness suture as the study group, including 14 cases of middle incision, the left medial incision 82 cases. Another randomly selected 84 cases of the same period in our hospital perineal incision stratified suture as the control group, the median open in 13 cases, 71 cases of left medial incision. In order to facilitate the observation, were selected primipara, almost no difference in age, and were followed up in the postpartum.
