（一） 2000年，某监狱管理局罪犯非正常死亡（自杀）三人，全部是劳改积极分子。这向我们提出一个问题：监狱的顽固危险犯控制住了，而平时表现比较好的这批犯人却频频出事故，为什么？笔者通过调查感到，一个重要原因是我们的一些监狱每年把固定的顽固危险犯列入干警个别
(A) In 2000, three prisoners of non-normal death (suicide) from a prison administration were all activists in labor reform. This raises a question for us: the stubborn dangerous prisoners in the prison have been brought under control, while the prisoners, who usually perform better, have frequently been involved in accidents. Why? One of the important reasons that the author has come through the investigation is that some of our prisons put fixed-time dangerous prisoners into the police every year
