目的分析参麦注射液配合耳穴压豆预防剖宫产术后感染的临床效果。方法选取我院2013—2014年收治的200例剖宫产手术产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,两组产妇均给予剖宫围手术期常规护理,在此基础上,对照组单用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾预防术后感染,阿莫西林克拉维酸钾1.2 g加生理盐水100 ml静脉滴注,分别于新生儿脐带结扎后立即、术后6小时各用药一次。实验组只在新生儿脐带结扎后立即用药1次,术后2小时开始使用参麦注射液40 ml加5%葡萄糖500 ml静脉滴注,每天一次,连用3天;剖宫产术后6小时给予耳穴压豆,取穴:神门、皮质下、屏尖、内分泌、脾、肾上腺。比较两组产妇的应用效果。结果实验组平均手术时间与术中出血量与对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);实验组产妇术后不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;实验组42 d切口愈合不良率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论参麦注射液配合耳穴压豆预防剖宫产术后感染的临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with ear acupuncture pressure bean in preventing infection after cesarean section. Methods A total of 200 cesarean section maternal women admitted from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Both groups were given routine nursing care during cesarean section. On the basis of this, The control group was treated with amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate alone to prevent postoperative infection. Amoxicillin and clavulanic acid potassium 1.2 g plus saline 100 ml were administered intravenously immediately after neonatal umbilical cord ligation and once every 6 hours after operation . Experimental group only once in the neonatal umbilical cord ligation immediately after 1, 2 hours after the start of Shenmai injection 40 ml plus 5% glucose 500 ml intravenous infusion once daily for 3 days; 6 hours after cesarean section Acupressure beans, acupoints: Shenmen, cortex, screen, endocrine, spleen, adrenal. Compare the effect of maternal application. Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05) In the experimental group, the incision nonunion rate at 42 days was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with ear pressure beans to prevent post-cesarean section infection has a significant clinical effect and is worth popularizing clinically.
