从1997年起喊了10多年的医改终于有了点儿眉目,日前,《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见(征求意见稿)》揭开面纱,面向社会征求意见。社会各界针对这个方案众说纷纭,莫衷一是。酝酿了10多年的这坛酒到底味道如何,最终的品评者只能是广大人民群众。为此,本刊特组织力量,就该征求意见稿广泛调查社会各界(包括医药界从业人员、知识分子和普通百姓)的反映,并开辟专版给予集中报道,力求让人民群众的意愿浮出水面,使医改方案更加符合民众的根本利益,最大限度地体现“三个代表”的神圣宗旨。
The medical reform that has been pursuing for more than 10 years since 1997 has finally gotten a bit of a look. Recently, the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System (Draft for Soliciting Opinions) was unveiled and it was open to the public for comments. There are many opinions and opinions from various sectors of the community about this proposal. After brewing for more than 10 years, the taste of this altar wine is in the end. The final critics can only be the masses of the people. To this end, the magazine organizes special forces to conduct extensive investigations on the reflection of various sectors of the community (including practitioners, intellectuals, and ordinary people in the medical industry), and to open special editions to provide concentrated reports on the draft, in an effort to make the wishes of the people appear. The water surface will make the medical reform program more in line with the fundamental interests of the people and maximize the sacred purpose of the “three represents.”
