框体属于体积分配不均、内部结构复杂且截面积不对称的零件。在挤压的过程中,毛坯材料和模具结构导致材料出现上翻折叠缺陷,影响零件的性能。通过有限元模拟,对某铝合金框体零件在挤压成形过程中坯料上翻折叠的缺陷进行了分析,并提出了合理的解决方案即改进预成形毛坯形状。通过计算机模拟验证了此方案的有效性及可行性,最终制定了合理的挤压成形工艺方案。
Frames are unevenly distributed volume, the internal structure of the complex cross-sectional area and asymmetric parts. In the extrusion process, the blank material and the mold structure causes the material to appear on the fold defect, affecting the performance of the part. The finite element simulation was used to analyze the defects of the aluminum alloy frame parts folded over during the extrusion process, and a reasonable solution was proposed to improve the shape of the preform. The validity and feasibility of this scheme were verified by computer simulation, and finally a reasonable extrusion process scheme was established.
