Especially in the process of establishing the market economy, the planned economy mode previously followed by China still existed in some fields for a long time. Therefore, During the transition from economy to market economy, a series of problems were exposed, such as a spurt-up of economic crime. Therefore, this article will analyze the correlation between market economy system and economic crime, and then discuss the destructiveness of this kind of crime to the market economy system.
