原新长征煤矿的附属井新长征三坑始建于1996年,初期开采2#、4#煤层。2006年12月采矿权分设,更名为山西灵石广进宝煤业有限公司。公司地处灵石县英武乡张家山村和要桥村中间的石垛沟。2005年经晋煤发[2005]11号文件批准进行了30万吨技改并经市规划设计院进行了矿井设计,晋中市安监站进行了矿井安全设计批复了矿井技改开工。
The new Long March coal mine subsidiary Long Xinzheng three pit was founded in 1996, the initial exploitation of 2 #, 4 # seam. In December 2006, the mining rights division, renamed Shanxi Lingshi Guangjinbao Coal Industry Co., Ltd. The company is located in Lingshi County, Zhang Wushan Zhang Jiashan village and to the middle of the village Qitou ditch.
