“后危机时代”国内外经贸环境的变化要求中国更加深入地参与多边贸易体制。在前期实践的基础上,中国应适时改变以往策略,积极利用WTO内的多种谈判机制,增强中国在相关谈判中的影响力;借鉴印度等发展中国家经验,重视利用提案权维护国家利益;此外还应促进中国各类非官方组织更多参与WTO事务。 “Post-crisis era ” Changes in the economic and trade environment at home and abroad require China to participate more deeply in the multilateral trading system. Based on the previous practice, China should make timely changes to its previous strategies and make active use of various negotiation mechanisms within the WTO so as to enhance China’s influence in the relevant negotiations. Drawing on the experience of developing countries such as India, they should attach importance to making use of the right to propose to safeguard their national interests. In addition, all kinds of non-governmental organizations in China should be encouraged to participate more in WTO affairs.
