《求是》杂志2015年第1期刊登了工业和信息化部部长苗圩署名的一篇题为《打造新常态下工业升级版》文章。文章指出,工业发展必须认清新形势,物联网、智能机器人等创新型技术正在成为经济社会发展的主要驱动力。文章表示,影响目前我国工业发展面临的挑战主要是:企业创新能力不足、产业结构不合理、发展环境待优化、国际竞争激烈等。针对两化融合,文章列举了:“优化产业结构、实施创新驱动、发展智能制造、加快绿色发展、全面深化改革、扩大对外开放等六大举措。”文章虽然说的是我国工业发展面临的新挑战,但对我国招投标行业尤其是工业领域招投标行业的发展也具有十分重要的指导作用,本刊特转发此文,以供招投标行业的广大同仁参考。
