采用热膨胀仪、金相显微镜与维氏硬度计对轿车前悬挂前后控制臂HN2154高氮非调质钢的过冷奥氏体在不同冷速条件下的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT)进行了测定,观察和测试了该试验钢在不同冷却条件下的组织与性能。结果表明,所测定的CCT曲线的可靠性已经得到实际工业生产的验证。
The continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT) of supercooled austenite of HN2154 high-nitrogen non-quenched and tempered steel before and after the suspension of the front suspension at different cooling rates was measured by using a dilatometer, a metallographic microscope and a Vickers hardness tester. The microstructure and properties of the test steel under different cooling conditions were observed and tested. The results show that the reliability of the measured CCT curve has been validated by actual industrial production.
