首钢4号高炉值班室原采用PC584微机控制,功能受到限制,各操作参数只能作屏幕显示和瞬时记录。本文介绍了通过改进编制程序,实现了风压、风量、风温、透气性指数等参数小时平均值显示和记录,以及48小时储存功能。后又在此基础上扩大了参数区程序,即包括标准风速、实际风速、鼓风动能、理论燃烧温度和风量补偿的瞬时值显示和小时平均值显示。详细介绍了改进后对生产操作带来的良好效果。
Shougang No. 4 blast furnace duty room originally used PC584 microcomputer control, function is limited, the operating parameters can only be screen display and instantaneous recording. This article describes how to display and record hourly averages of parameters such as wind pressure, air volume, air temperature, and air permeability index, and 48 hours of storage through improved programming.
