目的探讨抗癌药等对播散性念珠菌病的影响。方法采用体外实验,观察几种抗癌药和抗生素对白念珠菌粘附上皮细胞的影响;同时对经环磷酰胺处理的小鼠静脉接种白念珠菌,观察抗癌药物对血管内皮细胞的作用及其与白念珠菌播散的关系。结果在氢化可的松等化疗药物作用下,白念珠菌对上皮细胞的粘附率大于对照组(P<0.05),环磷酰胺处理可影响血管内皮的完整性,而且使白念珠菌播散至内脏器官的程度明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氢化可的松等化疗药物有增强白念珠菌粘附组织细胞并有促进白念珠菌从血管腔向内脏播散的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of anticancer drugs on disseminated candidiasis. Methods In vitro experiments were conducted to observe the effect of several anticancer drugs and antibiotics on the adhesion of Candida albicans to epithelial cells. At the same time, Candida albicans was inoculated intravenously in mice treated with cyclophosphamide to observe the effect of anticancer drugs on vascular endothelial cells. The relationship with Candida albicans spread. Results The adhesion rate of C. albicans to epithelial cells was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) under the action of chemotherapeutic drugs such as hydrocortisone. Cyclophosphamide treatment could affect the integrity of vascular endothelium and make Candida albicans Disseminated to the extent of internal organs was significantly stronger than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Chemotherapy drugs such as hydrocortisone enhance the adhesion of Candida albicans to tissue cells and promote the spread of Candida albicans from the blood vessel to the viscera.
