我院自1990年3月至1995年11月对35例肺癌手术病人采用自体输血，收到满意效果，现报告如下。临床资料一、病例选择和方法：择期肺癌手术病人，一般情况较好，无其他器质性疾病，年龄60岁以下，HCT＞34％，血红蛋白不低于100g／L，血总蛋白＞60g／L。术前一天抽自体血200～400ml
In our hospital from March 1990 to November 1995, 35 patients with lung cancer were treated with autotransfusion and received satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data I. Case selection and methods: Patients undergoing elective lung cancer surgery are generally in good condition and have no other organic diseases.
