石油化工行业作为我国经济发展重要力量,其石油化工设备在运行过程中的安全、稳定等性能,是保证该行业发展的重要因素,也避免一些不必要的安全事故发生。但是,在石油化工企业生产的过程中,所运用到的生产材料有着较强的腐蚀、有毒有害、易燃易爆等材料,对石油化工设备的检修工作带来了一定的危险因素。因此,本文针对石油化工设备检修中的危险因素,提出了一些预防措施,以此在最大程度上降低了检修中的危险,保证了石油化工设备的正常运行。 As an important force of economic development in our country, the petrochemical industry plays an important role in ensuring the safety and stability of petrochemical equipment in operation. It also avoids some unnecessary accidents. However, during the production of petrochemical enterprises, the materials used for production have strong corrosion, poisonous, hazardous and flammable materials, which bring certain risk factors to the overhaul of petrochemical equipment. Therefore, this article puts forward some preventive measures in view of the risk factors in petrochemical equipment overhaul, in order to minimize the danger in overhauling and ensure the normal operation of petrochemical equipment.
