利用钢件的化学热处理工艺(XTO)中热循环处理(TUO)的规范能强化扩散过程,且使整个工件表面强化。本文综合了TuO对钢在渗碳时组织的形成过程和扩散层性能影响的研究结果。
The specification of thermal cycling (TUO) in the chemical heat treatment process (XTO) using steel reinforces the diffusion process and strengthens the entire workpiece surface. This paper summarizes the results of studies on the effect of TuO on the microstructure and diffusion layer properties of steel during carburizing.
