2012年,宿迁市创新扶持企业机制,通过实施创新券制度、组织科技政策培训活动、加强企业研发机构建设指导等措施,加快提升企业自主创新能力。(一)企业创新产出大幅增加。新增省级高新技术产品67个,较上年增长36.7%。(二)高新技术企业数量显著增加。全市新增21家高新技术企业,为前三年认定高新技术企业之和,总数达到48家,55家企业入选省高企培育库。(三)企业研发机构数量再创新高。
In 2012, Suqian City’s innovation-supporting enterprise mechanism accelerated the promotion of independent innovation capabilities through the implementation of the innovation voucher system, the organization of science and technology policy training activities, and the strengthening of corporate R&D institution construction guidance. (I) The company’s innovation output has increased substantially. 67 provincial-level high-tech products were added, an increase of 36.7% over the previous year. (b) The number of high-tech enterprises has increased significantly. The city has added 21 new and high-tech enterprises, which is the sum of the high-tech enterprises identified in the previous three years. The total number has reached 48, and 55 enterprises have been selected as provincial high-level database. (3) The number of corporate R&D institutions reached new heights.
