体育运动中,人体结构的各个部分是以有机联系的统一形态参与活动的,在铅球的教学和训练中,对每个技术都有相当严格的要求。随着铅球技术的不断发展,人们为了提高运动成绩,不断地从不同的学科领域、不同的角度对铅球项目进行研究。在技术方面人们对滑步、最后用力等方面都比较关注和重视。但过去由于受条件限制,人们对铅球左侧支撑技术研究不够深入和细致,这样就影响了正确技术的形成和运动成绩的提高。本文就左侧支撑在铅球最后用力中的作用做进一步的探讨。
In sports, all parts of the structure of the human body are involved in activities based on the unified form of organic connection. There are quite strict requirements for each technique in the teaching and training of shot put. With the continuous development of shot put technology, people constantly study shot put from different disciplines and perspectives in order to improve their performance. In the technical aspects of people on the slide, the last force, etc. are more concerned about and attention. However, in the past, due to the limited conditions, people did not study deep enough and meticulously about the support technique of the shot put, which affected the formation of the correct technique and the improvement of sports performance.
