Several parameters reflecting the meltabilityof clinker are discussed.By use of the crossexperiment method,the primary and secondary factorsaffecting the meltability of clinker are studied.The quadratic regressive equation expressing themeltability of clinker is obtained and its accuracyis verified with a serious of experiments.It is ofgreat significance to use the results to direct thecompound of raw meal and expect the Lumpingtemperature to assure kiln to operate safely.
