目的:探讨炎琥宁联合阿昔洛韦治疗在小儿疱疹性口腔炎临床中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年4月至2015年4月期间在该院接诊的62例小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者,给予患者炎琥宁联合阿昔洛韦静脉滴注治疗,设为观察组。回顾性分析同期在该院接诊的62例小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者患者的临床资料,给予患者单纯炎琥宁静脉滴注,设为对照组,两组小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者接受不同的临床治疗,对比临床疗效。结果:在接受不同治疗情况下,两组小儿疱疹性口腔炎患者的临床治疗总有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床治疗过程中,炎琥宁联合阿昔洛韦静脉滴注疗效高,可缩短疗程,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the application value of combination of acyclovir and acyclovir in the treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis. Methods: From April 2013 to April 2015, 62 cases of pediatric herpes stomatitis admitted to the hospital were treated by intravenous infusion of both Yanhuning and acyclovir. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Retrospective analysis of the same period in the hospital admissions of 62 cases of pediatric herpes stomatitis in patients with clinical data, patients were given Yan Huoning intravenous drip, as the control group, two groups of children with herpes stomatitis received different clinical Treatment, compared with clinical efficacy. Results: Under the different treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in children with vesicular stomatitis was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the course of clinical treatment of pediatric herpetic stomatitis, Yan Hu Ning combined with acyclovir intravenous infusion of high efficacy, can shorten the course of treatment, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
