目的观察半导体激光按损害部位取穴并进行局部穴位照射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法 76例患者随机分成2组,对照组38例给予维生素B120.5mg,日1次,肌内注射。治疗组38例在对照组基础上另给予半导体激光按损害部位取穴并进行局部穴位照射,日1次。2组均15d为1个疗程。结果治疗组疼痛治愈率明显高于对照组(78.9%vs52.6%,P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论半导体激光按损害部位取穴并进行局部穴位照射治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛具有治愈率高、疗程短等优点,是目前安全高效的治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of semi-conductor laser on acupoints of damaged parts and local acupoint irradiation for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 38 patients given vitamin B120.5mg, on the 1st, intramuscular injection. The treatment group 38 cases in the control group based on the other given by the semiconductor laser acupoints by acupuncture points and local acupuncture points, once a day. 2 groups were 15d for a course of treatment. Results The pain cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.9% vs52.6%, P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It is safe and efficient to treat postherpetic neuralgia by semiconductor laser with acupoints at the damaged site and local acupoint irradiation for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with high cure rate and short course of treatment.
