目的:探讨骨科消炎酊对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型的影响。方法:将40只大鼠分成骨科消炎酊组、扶他林软膏组、模型组、空白组,每组10只。前3组建立急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型。造模成功后对骨科消炎酊组、扶他林软膏组使用骨科消炎酊及扶他林软膏,模型组、空白组使用0.9%氯化钠注射液进行干预。观察各组大鼠造模后的一般状态与药物干预后各组大鼠右侧踝关节肿胀度;光镜下观察踝关节滑膜的病理变化;采用免疫组化染色检测并比较各组大鼠踝关节滑膜组织中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、嗜中性粒细胞趋化因子-1(CINC-1)含量。结果:空白组、扶他林软膏组、骨科消炎酊组关节肿胀度、ICAM-1、CINC-1含量与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);扶他林软膏组与骨科消炎酊组关节肿胀度、ICAM-1、CINC-1比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨科消炎酊具有缓解肿胀、改善滑膜炎症、降低关节滑膜中ICAM-1、CINC-1含量的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of orthopedics anti-inflammatory tincture on acute gouty arthritis rat model. Methods: Forty rats were divided into orthopedics group, Fufuxin Ointment group, model group and blank group, 10 rats in each group. The first three groups established acute gouty arthritis rat model. Orthopedic anti-inflammatory tincture group and Futailin ointment group were treated with orthopedic anti-inflammatory tincture and Fufarin ointment after successful model making. The model group and the blank group were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. The general state after modeling was observed in each group and the degree of ankle swelling in the right sides of the rats in each group after intervention. The pathological changes of the ankle synovium were observed under light microscope. The rats in each group were detected by immunohistochemistry The contents of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and neutrophil chemotactic factor-1 (CINC-1) in synovial tissue of ankle were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, the swelling degree, ICAM-1 and CINC-1 contents of the blank group, the group of Fufarin ointment and the group of orthopedics and anti-inflammatory tincture were all significantly different (P <0.01) Joint swelling, ICAM-1, CINC-1, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Orthopedic anti-inflammatory tincture can relieve swelling, improve synovial inflammation and decrease the content of ICAM-1 and CINC-1 in synovium.
