有些学校对于放忙假的意义认识不足,他们认为放忙假仅仅是把学生放回家,让其自由的帮助家庭劳动生产,或者认为家长会叫孩子生产,不需要老师教育与指导。也有的从儿童升学上去考虑问题,认为其他年级可放忙假,四、六毕业班不能放忙假……等。为此我提出几点意见和同志们共同研究: 一、我们放忙假的目的是什么?要求是什么?事先要有足够的认识。在农民夏收夏种最紧张的季节里,我们农村的小学教育工作要紧密配合生产任务,有计划地组织年龄较大的学生协助家庭做些力所能及的生产工作,学习生产技能,并通过实际的劳动给予学生最现实的劳动教育,逐步树立学生热爱劳动的思想和养成劳动的习惯。二、要制订简单可行的计划。首先对过去的情况要加以概括的研究分析,从而明确要求;其次对具体工作要作适当的安排,如按自然地区将儿童组成生产小组,按儿童年龄和实际情形提出不同的要求,对儿童参加生产作具体的指导。
