转移因子(TF)能转移和重建细胞免疫功能已被多数临床工作者所公认。目前国内外应用TF治疗免疫缺陷病、各种细菌、病毒和霉菌感染都取得一定疗效,但对各种疾病用药剂量与疗程的研究甚少。我们应用TF佐治小儿反复呼吸道感染,近期与远期疗效均较显著。本文试图着重对TF佐治反复呼吸道感染的用药剂量与疗程进行初步探讨。
Transfer factor (TF) can transfer and reconstruct cellular immune function has been recognized by most clinicians. TF treatment of immune deficiency disease at home and abroad, a variety of bacteria, viruses and fungal infections have achieved some efficacy, but for various diseases dose and course of treatment rarely. We use TF treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections, the recent and long-term efficacy were significant. This article attempts to focus on the TF re-treatment of respiratory tract infection dose and course of treatment for a preliminary study.
